Sentimental Sundays: Make Your Own Background Paper

_MG_4717x

Hello and welcome to a brand new challenge over at Sentimental Sundays! We are asking you to make your own background paper, easy peasy! Our sponsor this week is Oak Pond Creations.

I have a journal to share with you today.

_MG_4717

This was a blank offwhite cardstock and I used god knows how many inks to make it into this! The big coral and peach flowers are handmade. Applied some texture paste on the edges and then inked it black.

Sentimental Sundays: Pack a Punch

_MG_5545

Hello everyone!

It’s time for a brand new challenge over at Sentimental Sundays and this week the theme is Pack a Punch! We are asking you to use punches or die cuts on your projects plus a sentiment. The sponsor this week is Doodle Pantry. I thought I’d share a chipboard album I made on order.

_MG_5466

This chipboard album is made from scratch. The homemade chipboard base was originally white, I inked and heat embossed it to make my own background. I hope you guys like it! The photos don’t do justice to this album really. They colours are gorgeous in person. It is 7.5x5.5 and the opening end is 5.5 inches

_MG_5661

Welcome to our special Vintage Girls Release blog hop!!!!

We have 4 Brand new images to share with you today created by the Lovely Lia Stampz. I will be sharing with you one of the Vintage Girls - Birthday Girl. These images are gorgeous! I had so much fun colouring this one here with my regular Faber Castell classic color pencils.

_MG_5653

Using some Pink Paislee flags, HA stamps, hand drawn balloons and pennants plus lots of dry embossed and inked panels, I made a box card. I think that the Birthday Girl looks perfect here!

A Masculine Card!

Hellooooo! Lets start off with a good news! I won at Moxie Fab!! This is absolutely AWESOME! I am so stoked! I literally jumped after seeing my card featured there for their Star Power challenge! You can check out my winning card HERE

For now I have a masculine birthday card to share with you following the sketch at Cardabilities.

_MG_3987

I clear embossed the black textured cardstock and it was looking absolutely amazing in person. Of course I had to do my grunge thing so I used white paint to add splatters. Here is another angle and you can see the clear embossing on this one.

I hope you liked it people! I am feeling absolutely perfect now. I promise to drop by your blogs and leave comments!

Have a super fab day!
